• Stock and Bond Certificates
• Original Wills and/or powers of attorney or other legal documents (if these have been lost or destroyed they will need to be re-drafted and executed by a competent legal professional)

• Tax Records
• Military discharge records
• Federal Employment Records
• Immigration Documentation
• Medicare Cards
• TennCare/Medicaid documents
