David P. Steine
Founder & managing partner
A Nashville, Tennessee native, David was raised by his parents to believe in two things: the value of hard work and the importance of giving back to one’s community. These two points continue to guide David during his professional and scholarly pursuits.
After graduating with honors from The Pratt Institute, David immediately moved back to his beloved home of Nashville to work at Third Man Records, while simultaneously working as a concert and festival organizer and tour manager. Eventually, David decided to earn his law degree on a full academic scholarship at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City.
While studying in law school, David participated in the Intensive Transactional Lawyering program, wrote for the New York Real Estate Law Reporter, and worked to help expand a record label for one of the top music recording studios in the world. In addition, he gained experience working with trademarks, entity formations, and SEC compliance procedures while pursuing clerkships and apprenticeships with various law firms during his time in law school.
Here at Gordon Law Group, David’s work focuses on helping clients make sound business decisions and protect their legacies and assets through responsible estate planning.
